Commercial Cleaning Castle Hill

If we work in an office building we will spend most of our time at a desk or in a cubical. This personal workspace is one of two areas that will tend to get rather untidy rather quickly. The other area is the kitchen. So if we want to keep things tidy, and therefore more efficient and comfortable, we should make some effort to keep these frequently used spaces clean.

The cubical can turn into a second home. Or at least a place where we spend most of our time. It helps to keep this clean and clutter free. A neat, clean environment help us to be efficient and a little more relaxed.

  • Start with a clean slate each morning. We can arrange this at the end of the previous day’s work. Remove the old gum wrappers and clean the coffee mug. Wipe down the surfaces with a disinfectant cloth.
  • Arrange the workspace to keep everything in easy reach, or at least the most used things in easy reach.
  • Have a holder for pens and stationery.
  • Have the computer up for easy use, with skype camera and speakers neatly in place, cabled neatly bundled.
  • Have a set of drawers with contents neatly organized.
  • Find a place for the coffee mug (or equivalent) where it won’t be spilt.
  • Limit personal belongings.
  • Keep any decorations to a minimum. One poster and a few knick-knacks.
  • A plastic matt under the desk/chair will keep the carpet cleaner.
  • Add some lighting is necessary.
  • If possible, find a way to have a coherent colour scheme.
